Chyawanprash, also known as Chayavanaprasham, is an immune booster made with honey, ghee, Indian gooseberry (amla) jam, sesame oil, berries, and various herbs and spices. This Ayurvedic is formulated by processing around 50 medicinal herbs and the finished product has a fruit jam-like consistency, and a sweet, sour, and spicy flavour.
