According to reports, the incident took place Charms Castle society located in Ghaziabad’s Rajnagar Extension on Monday where a pet dog jumped on a child inside the lift and bit him, even as the dog’s owner looked on.

The video is being widely shared on social media. “A pet dog bites a kid in the lift while the pet owner keeps watching even while the pet owner the kid is in pain! where is the moral code here just cos no one is looking?” a Twitter user Akassh Ashok Gupta wrote while sharing the CCTV footage.
