Busan: In a thrilling finale, the Indian men’s kabaddi team showcased their dominance by defeating Iran 42-32, successfully defending their title in the Asian Championships. This victory marks India’s eighth triumph in the continental championships, solidifying their position as a kabaddi powerhouse.

The match commenced with Iran displaying an aggressive approach, posing a formidable challenge to the Indian team. However, the Indian players exhibited exceptional skill and resilience, rising to the occasion. Captain Pawan Sehrawat led the charge, contributing two crucial touch points that resulted in the first All-Out, granting India a commanding 10-4 lead.
