Putin moves nuclear weapons near Ukraine border; 10 aircraft to deploy nukes in Belarus | Watch

Russian President has decided to station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus in warning to NATO over its military support for Ukraine. The decision comes amid an escalating standoff between Russia and the West. President Vladimir Putin said that the move will not violate the nuclear non-proliferation promises but it is being considered as one of Russia’s most pronounced nuclear signals since the beginning Ukraine war 13 months ago. The United States has reacted ‘cautiously’ to Putin’s statement, with a senior official telling Reuters that there are no signs Moscow is planning to use its nuclear weapons.
