UT Cricket Association (UTCA) has announced the Chandigarh team for the Ranji Trophy tournament commencing from December 13. Manan Vohra will lead the team for the nearly two-month long Ranji season.
Chandigarh’s first match is against hosts Punjab from December 13 at PCA Mullanpur; followed by Madhya Pradesh in Indore from December 20. Later, the team will move to play against Gujarat in Ahmedabad from December 27. Chandigarh will play its fourth match against hosts Tripura in Agartala from January 3. The last three matches of the tournament will be played at Sector 16 Cricket Stadium in Chandigarh. Chandigarh will play against Vidarbha from January 10, Railways from January 17 and J&K from January 24.
