New Delhi: SpiceJet’s Dubai-Madurai flight delayed on Monday (July 11) after the Boeing B737 Max aircraft’s nose wheel malfunctioned, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) officials said.
Meanwhile, the SpiceJet Spokesperson said, an alternate aircraft was arranged which brought pax back to India. After the minor technical issue was resolved, first aircraft flew back to India as a commercial flight.

This is reportedly the ninth technical malfunction in a SpiceJet aircraft in the last 24 days. This comes after, DGCA on Wednesday (July 6) issued a show-cause notice to SpiceJet after eight technical malfunctions in its aircrafts since June 19.
