According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are certain symptoms that can be common in all 5 types of cancers. These include:

– Abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge except vulvar cancer

– Pelvic pain

– Vaginal itchiness, burning, pain, or tenderness

– More frequent or urgent need to urinate

– Feeling full too quickly or difficulty eating, bloating, and abdominal or back pain

Other symptoms include blood in urine, lumps or soreness in or around the genital area, and pain during or after sex.
